Standard Amish Furniture Delivery Charges

Weaver Furniture Sales' standard Indianapolis Furniture Delivery Rates (setup included):
$3.50 per mile (i.e. 150 miles = $525 plus tax, 200 miles = $700 plus tax, etc.)
