Custom Amish Furniture built as Unfinished Furniture and then stained or painted according to our clients' needs

Find a full line of Mennonite and Amish Furniture (all can be purchased as Unfinished Furniture) that can be custom built for you and your home or office including furniture for the family room, bedroom, entertainment room, game room and dining room and a large number of other wood furnishings. You choose the design, the wood and the color and let our Amish Furniture builders custom build the perfect handcrafted piece for you. Each Mennonite and Amish Furniture piece is built to our clients requirements and then is stained (or painted) and finished in one of our finishing shops. This gives our clients the opportunity to purchase custom furniture specifically for their home or to have the custom Amish Furniture built as Unfinished Furniture.

Additional home furnishings offered include framed art, home accessories, wooden crafts and upholstered and leather family room furniture sets from national manufacturers or distributors such as Flexsteel, Best Home Furnishings, Marshfield, Charleston Forge and Uttermost. Note the products from these companies are not Mennonite or Amish Handcrafted pieces, but they complement our Mennonite and Amish built home furnishings. Weaver Furniture Sales has been serving its clients with Amish furnishings and a full line of home furnishings in Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio and all over the Midwest and the United States since 1989 in Shipshewana, Indiana (map).

LeRoy and Ida Weaver, Amish Proprietors

LeRoy and Ida Weaver did not always work with Amish furniture. Both grew up in Amish homes in Northern Indiana known as the Heart of Amish Country. Ida grew up in an Amish family in Honeyville Indiana where her father Amos owned a farm, ran a saw mill and later in life ran the Honeyville General Store. LeRoy, also grew up on an Amish farm near Shipshewana Indiana where he helped his brothers and his father David and mother Alice tend the family farm. LeRoy and Ida still work with family today as some of the select Indiana Amish furniture builders chosen by LeRoy and Ida are members of their family. Most of their nine sons and daughters are employed in some fashion with their two stores. LeRoy and Ida, still members of the Old Order Amish Church, make their livelihood helping clients fulfill their dreams with custom Amish furniture built to their clients' specs. It gives them great satisfacation that in today's "global" economy where it seems most products are built overseas they are able to offer such high quality built Amish Furniture and other related home furnishings products to their clients and at the same time help their community, especially their Amish community.
