With its slanted, tapered legs and solid hardwood construction, the West Newton Table is a practical, great-looking option for your dining room. Our Amish craftsmen handcraft the rectangular top from 1-inch solid hardwood. And the unit shown has a 2-inch under-bevel edge, for an edgy look.
The West Newton Table comes in your choice of two widths: 42 or 48 inches. Also, we build the table with a solid hardwood top of 60, 66 or 72 inches. Want a longer table? No worries. Just request up to four table leaves. We include a fifth leg – in the center of the table – when you order three or more leaves.
Behind the simple elegance of the West Newton Table lies superior construction. In fact, each table is built by the best cabinetmakers in the Midwest: Amish men. Also, these craftsmen use solid regional hardwoods. Like cherry, hickory, oak and maple. (The unit shown is made from hard maple and has a Briar varnish.) What’s more, the builders draw from tried-and-proven skills handed down from their ancestors. So the table you order from us will be extremely sturdy and durable. Take proper care of it. And the table is in line to become a family heirloom.
You can order the West Newton Table as shown or unfinished. Or, we can customize it to your specifications. For example, you can specify elements like the type of wood, plus the finish. Care to add chairs? We have more than 150 solid hardwood chair models to choose from.
